Since 1992, I have assisted people in achieving their life and health goals, with sessions of massage therapy, breath-work, transformational hypnotherapy, energy sessions (Reiki+), exercise instruction and movement tips, meditation instruction, aromatherapy and nutritional counseling. Often times it is a combination of therapies that is most useful within the sessions.
I arrive at your home with everything needed for your session: massage table, linens, essential oils and whatever else is perfect for you.

For over two decades, I have been taking thorough and loving care of people's homes and pets. My experience with medications, veterinarian appointments, checking for ticks, foxtails etc. is extensive. Have plants? I care for your homes every need, including house plants and some outside plants too. As far as estate managing goes, whatever goes wacky, scheduling workers, observing what needs to fixed, airport pickups and even private chef services for you and your guests…I can do it all.
I have many references, and serving Sonoma, Marin, Napa, and the Coastal areas.
